Alan,

I thank our Lord for you. You made it possible for all of us to communicate with one another, thru something we NEVER imagined when we were high schoolers!!.  Praise the the Lord for what you have done!!!!!!!!!!
I saw the picture of our Alma Mater, courtesy of Art, batch '68. It is very amazing!!!!!!!!!
I was also able to read some e-mails from other "kaso" (Quazo) grads!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is so amazing, pardon my redunduncy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Again, thank you so much Alan, and to the other Schoolmates that we have!!!!

I remember during our Journalism Class taught by Mrs. Tacorda, we had to find most of  Quazos' alumni and interview them.  Interesting enough, we were able to find a lot, and most of them had children who were at that time, and perhaps now, their grandchildren, students at "Kaso". !!

I think tthat i've told you earlier that Aida Muncada called me here. She was here in the US thru a gov't. agency, I guess. But then, after a while, she asked me if " I grew up", lol.  In 1974, i was only 4'11" and 90 lbs.  Thank God, , at leastnow, i'm 5'5 and??????overweight, lol!!!

Again, Alan, tyvm. God Bless you and your family,  and ALL OUR SCHOOLMATES!!!!!!!!!!!!

As always,

Je

Alan,

Hi, I'm Daniel Adrianne T. Sarmiento. It took me quite some time to recognize your face. I hope you still know me. Anyway, after high school, I graduated from the Philippine Merchant Marine Academy (PMMA) Classs 1980.Vicente Baquiran also graduated from PMMA Class 1979. I was a Ship's Captain (no longer sailing) and now with Malayan Towage & Salvage Corporation. I attached my picture so you can recognize me. I'm glad and was actually surprised to see this website! Many thanks to you. If you're free, please drop a line or you. I would appreciate meeting you or our former classmate/s.

Best regards,

Danny

Dear Allan:

I would like to send an e-mail to your association. Do you have an association e-mail address. I would like to contribute a story or an article to your association via e-mail.

I am a QCHS 1956 graduate and I learnt about this association from my 1956 co-alumnus Rizaldi San Agustin which then provided me via email with the list of graduates of QCHS from inception to date.

Can you e-mail me with an attachment of the graduate list. I did have one last year. Was this list  updated?

Let me give you my web page with a picture:

Dear Alan,
I'm really overwhelmed with Mr. Tanega's message. Indeed our website is a very powerful tool to bridge our fellow Quazonians not only our own batch. It really pays to be the first to initiate a website of batch '74 but somehow it could really help other batches to look for and communicate with their long lost friends during high school days.  High school days really is the most colorful and worth reminiscing , don't you  think so? Thanks to the power of information technology in which you are so knowledgeable in which you are not selfish to share with us. Again congratulations and thanks for your dedication and commitment to us , your fellow batch '74.

More Power to you and God Bless!

Marlyn

Hi Alan,
I am from batch '73-IV-3 under Mrs. Bornay.  I wonder if she is still teaching or retired.  How about Mrs. Cabatbat?  Congratulations to your web site.  I am really impressed.  I can just imagine the joy when you get together.  Being a high school student will always be a precious time of one's life.

Hi Alan

Thanks for your email.  I attended the Xmas Party hosted by your batch last December together with my other 5 classmates.  I was holidaying then and Les Cacapit-Licerio decided that the affair was a good opportunity for us to see each other.

Nag-enjoy ako sa party lalong lalo na yung 'Edrap; show.

All the best!

Hi Alan,

I'm Ted Tablan, sister of Ma. Teresa, she's your classmate. I'm a 1975 alumnus of QCHS and we will be hosting the Year 2000 Grand Reunion on April 9,2000.

I have started our own website too, although it is still under construction. With your permission, I'd like to place a link to your site from our site.  In the same manner I'd like to advertise the URL of our site, hoping that you would link yours to ours too.

I've seen your profile on your site. I'm in the IT field too, working for an HMO here in California.

Anyway, here's our site:

I'll wait for your reply, and I'll tell Tessie about your site.

Ted

Dear Alan,

It's nice to hear from another alumnus of QCHS, and thank you for offering your website for our upcoming July 21, 2000 reunion.

In 1996, we organized QCHS USA here in California.  Members are primarily class of 1965 (all sections) and a few 1964 graduates.  However, no one took the challenge of  incorporating it into a non-profit organization that will help our kababayans back home.  Most of the organizers wanted this organization to be a social organization that will meet at least once a year to say hi! and hello!.  Generoso Abesamis, his wife the former Magdalena Aladana and I  with the help of Roslyn Quintana now Vasallo, Caressa Madlangbayan now Orate, and Dr. Edgar Orate hosted the first Reunion here in Berekeley, California.  this was followed by a reunion in Suffolk, New York, hosted by Purificacion Orillo now Verzosa.  The last reunion  was held at Toronto,  Canada last August hosted by Consuelo Cruz now Co of Calgary,  Evangeline Reyes now Omamalin, Placido Mineque, Bernadette Morales now Ang all from Totonto, Jesus Olivares of Quebec, and Ellen Medina now Ulrich of Montreal.

For the year 2000, the reunion will be held at Camp Aguinaldo's Officer's Club , the reunion committee will  be headed  by  Lt. Commander Alejandro Gutierrez, Regional commanding Officer of Pampanga,   Atty. Natalia Mineque, Professor of Law at University of the Philippines, Reynaldo Adorador, & Leslie Abelardo.  A list of committee chairperson is not available.

All are welcome to attend, please let me know if you or any alumni of QCHS are interested in attending the reunion on July 21, 2000.  You mentioned in your e-mail that your class is having your reunion  in April, it will be too close to suggest  that we hold it together, it would have been nice to unite all QCHS graduates, and perhaps in the future we could organize and have a goal of helping our fellow kababayans that are always in need of our help.   My guess is we could probably hold it in the future?

I hope that this letter did not bore you.  Please let me know how I could post a bulletin in your website, and perhaps you can help me establish a website for our year?  I will try to get in your website after I finished this letter.

Again, thanks for the offer!

Emily Cajucom Alonzo

Hi Alan,
Thanks for visiting our web site.  Yes, you may place a link to our web site from yours and I will do the same with ours.  I started our web site last February 6, 2000 after my classmates "found" me after 30 years of practically no communication.  Since then, many of my classmates and other graduates from other school year have been in touch with me to encourage me to keep the web site going.  I went to your web site and it looks cool.  It has more pictures than we have.  My classmates have been very shy about giving me their pictures so I had to blow up some old pictures they've sent me and their quality is quite poor.  I'll be in PI from March 12 - 24 to attend an impromptu class reunion.  I was hoping that I could extend my leave till the 9th of April but I ran out of leave time.  Perhaps, one of these days, we'll get to meet each other.  I'll make contributions to your web site as well as I am inviting you guys to make contributions to mine.  Till then,

Romy Abacan
